This is where we uncover the patterns you’ve been stuck in — your reactions, behaviours, and cycles that keep repeating.

We trace them back to where they started, understand why they’re still there, and begin working through them at the root.

This is where things start to make sense.

Phase 2 - Rewire & Rebuild

Once we clear what’s been running you, we don’t leave a gap.

This is where we rebuild — shifting the beliefs, emotional responses, and identity you’ve been operating from.

How The 3 Phases Work

Each phase includes 4 sessions.

This gives us the space to:

  • Go deep into what’s actually happening

  • Work through it at the root (not just once — thoroughly)

  • Reinforce the shifts so they hold

  • Make sure you’re not slipping back into old patterns

Each session builds on the last — we’re not starting over each time.

By the end of each phase, the work is integrated — not just understood.

Gene Keys & Human Design - (optional)

If you have your birth details, we can bring your Gene Keys and Human Design into this process as an added layer of depth.

This isn’t required — it simply helps us understand:

  • Your natural patterns

  • Your strengths and blind spots

  • Where you’ve been conditioned away from yourself

We use this to support each phase:

  • Phase 1: identify misalignment and pattern origins

  • Phase 2: rebuild in a way that actually works for you

  • Phase 3: apply the work in a way that feels natural and sustainable
