How often should I come for a session?
Every client’s journey is unique. Many begin with biweekly sessions to build momentum, then shift to monthly visits for ongoing support. I encourage you to tune into your body and intuition—don’t wait until discomfort becomes overwhelming. Healing works best when we address the root cause, not just the surface symptoms.
Do I need to prepare for my session?
Bring a journal or notepad, a water bottle, and anything else that helps you feel relaxed and grounded. You don’t need to "be" any certain way—just come as you are, with an open heart.
How will I feel afterward?
Reactions vary from person to person. Some clients feel energised and clear, while others may feel tired or emotionally sensitive as the body releases what it no longer needs. Temporary fatigue, emotional release, or physical purging can be signs that healing is taking place. Rest and self-care are key afterward.
Do you recommend any aftercare?
Yes. After your session, I recommend prioritising deep rest, drinking plenty of water, and nourishing your body with grounding meals. A magnesium salt bath or foot soak can support detox. You may feel a little sluggish—this is your body integrating and letting go. Trust the process and be gentle with yourself.
What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
Life happens—we understand. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least **48 hours' notice**.
Cancellations or changes made within 48 hours of your appointment time will result in the deposit or a no-show fee being retained.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes—if your appointment is cancelled or rescheduled with more than 48 hours' notice, your deposit can be refunded (minus any admin fees), or applied toward a future session.

What type of artwork do you offer?
All pieces available are original artworks or high-quality fine art prints of my original paintings.
What materials are used for the prints?
All prints are giclée printed using archival-quality inks on Canson Platine Fibre Rag (310gsm)—a premium fine art paper that beautifully captures detail, texture, and vibrancy for long-lasting results.
Are the prints framed or unframed?
Prints are sold unframed. This allows you the freedom to choose framing that suits your space and style.
Can I request a custom size or artwork?
Prints are available in three fixed sizes only. At this time, I do not offer custom sizing or commissioned artworks.
Do you offer Afterpay?
Yes, Afterpay is available and will automatically appear as a payment option at checkout.
Where do you ship?
I offer complimentary shipping Australia-wide and a flat-rate fee of $85 for international orders.
How long will my order take to arrive?
For Australian orders, please allow 7–10 business days. International shipping typically takes up to 15 business days.
How is the artwork packaged?
Prints are carefully rolled and shipped in a durable mailing tube to ensure they arrive safely and in perfect condition.
What is your return, exchange, and refund policy?
All sales are final. I do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for original artwork or prints.
What if my artwork arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact me at jarasegal@gmail.com with clear photos of the damage. I’ll work with you to resolve the issue and offer a replacement or suitable solution.
